Jerry’s career has been marked by a commitment to driving strategic growth and facilitating long-term business solutions. As the founder of Toma & Bouma Management Consultants, he has successfully delivered strategic insights and operational support to agri-businesses, industry organizations, and government entities across Alberta and Canada. His leadership in agriculture master planning, value chain management, and environmental issues is well recognized within the sector.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Jerry has also contributed significantly to numerous boards and advisory councils. He serves as the Honorary Consul for the Kingdom of the Netherlands and has held leadership roles with organizations like the Agriculture Financial Services Corporation, Olds College, and the Little Potato Company. His unique blend of strategic foresight and operational expertise will be an invaluable asset as we continue to grow and explore new opportunities.
