Introducing our new Director, Public Relations, Naomi Mison! Naomi joins us as a seasoned public relations expert with over 14 years of diverse industry experience. Her career has spanned across academia, financial services, municipal government, and Indigenous relations, where she has excelled in brand management, digital and social media marketing, media relations, and results-driven storytelling.

Throughout her career, Naomi has demonstrated a remarkable ability to lead high-performing teams, driving collaborative efforts to create impactful branded content that resonates with members and stakeholders. Her expertise in managing marketing and communications projects from concept to completion will be an invaluable asset to our team.
In addition to her professional accomplishments, Naomi is a passionate public advocate and speaker. She has dedicated her voice to raising awareness for people living with dementia and their caregivers. Her advocacy work has been recognized through prestigious awards such as BDO’s Top 40 under 40 and as a Change Maker finalist at the Kelowna Women in Business Rise Awards.
Naomi holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and English from the University of Texas Pan-American and a diploma in Public Relations from Grant MacEwan University. She is actively involved in her community, serving on the Board of Directors for BrainTrust Canada and volunteering for a Dementia-Friendly Communities working group with the Alzheimer Society of Canada.
