Diplomat Consulting has been hard at work, pushing the initiative for cannabis consumption sites in the Edmonton region. Working with interested stakeholders parties (from cannabis, tourism/hospitality, business associations, and more), we have begun to gather small but significant momentum in this endeavour.

Starting in August, we released our 2-page insights (you can view that here). Following, we obtained a meeting in city chambers in October (read about that here).

We issued a formal letter to the city last week that you can now view at the bottom of this post.

The more we advocate, and the more vocal we are, for this initiative, the stronger the case for this significant change. You can do so by sharing our letter and by putting in your comments to the Zoning Bylaw Renewal Initiative.
